Detroit Metro Airport Parking Questions



Here are some of the most popular questions we come across relating to our Detroit Metro Airport Parking services!

  1. Does the shuttle ride cost extra? No!!!! The shuttle ride is FREE for you to enjoy. We also don't charge any hidden "surcharge" fees for this service.
  2. How much time should I allow to get to Detroit Metro Airport? We suggest that you allow just 20 minutes extra to compensate for your check in and shuttle ride to the airport!
  3. Do I have to make a reservation? No, reservations are not required. If you want to make the most of your DTW parking experience, we do suggest advance reservations because they save you time and hassle on the day of your flight!
  4. If I need a wheelchair once I arrive at the airport, how do I get it? Call Prospect services at (734) 247-1121 (North Terminal) or (734) 247-2400 (McNamara Terminal).
  5. Do you offer discounts for DTW airport employees? Yes!  Please contact the parking lot directly at (734) 946-9360 for our current special.
